Umm. Either this guy is REALLY REALLY bad at editing and didn't realize he posted a 30 sec vid with 1:30 of blank, or he isn't going to tell us how unless we join his crew.... My guess? The train is blown up obviously. I know there is a way to blow up the individual cars on the back of the train (The gas tanks will explode, but the train will still be moving.) Maybe if you blow all of them up, and attack the train it'll stop. I remember once I shot the locomotive with an AH-6 online and got an instant 3-star wanted level.

To stop the train you have to throw many sticky bombs on the front of the train. Detonate it and it'll stop.
