I had done this by using these specific requirements in the race:
Race- Lazer Quest
Race Type- Only GTA
No. of laps- 2
Time of day- Morning (For additional rp)
Weather- Clear
Traffic- On
Wanted levels- Off
Catchup- Doesn't matter
Split time- Doesn't matter
You'll get 2000 xp + as well as ranking up flying.
* Although it is faster than other methods, you'll still need to be patient as it is quite lengthy ( In a good way
)
