The update is out for me (UK/PS3) and I got the new "weapons" (why do I have to go to Ammunation for a broken bottle, I could take the whiskey/wine bottle from home no?): didn't have time to check for the missions. From reading the comments on the R* site, sadly the update seems to have further nerfed certain mission rewards and removed less-than-legit vehicles from garages across the city.

Tow Trucks are also out. And I can't even find the new DLC vehicles online anywhere.
