Is it possible to dupe the special edition vehicles to someone who doesn't have the DLC? If so, I'd like to have the 3 vehicles (Hotknife, Chameleon and the Carbon RS bike). I have some rare cars as well like Franklin's Buffalo, Michael's Tailgater and the Stickerbomb Asea.

No, it's not possible. If you try to put the vehicle in your garage a popup will appear saying your missing the DLC.
