I reverted everything back to normal, stopped apache and any other communication, everything is normal in-game but just not able to buy any cars.

Does anyone know any solution for this?

I had this when "Everything is free" option was enabled. (On BadChoicez tool)

I didn't use that tool.

I used the recent tunable exploit.
