What might help is going into saved data utility not game data utility, copy gta v profile, move to USB just in case, and delete the profile from the ps3. It's literally called "Profile." Don't delete your saved game. That would suck. It won't let you choose online when you first start the game. You'll have to do it from the start menu once the game loads. Accept the ToS all over again and you should be able to play. My online wouldn't work for days until I deleted the gta v profile.
