It comes on the 4th of march.

Valentines Massacre is available until the 2nd of March according to Rockstar and the new DLC will be inserted into the game on the 4th.

So 2nd march update or 4th march? If its on 2nd modders can already enable that dlc

Rockstar doesn't usually put out updates until the day of the dlc release.
