Can anyone explain why I can't host it? Or if it's possible to host it even?

Press Start Online, go to Host Jobs then Mission Then look For it. Very Easy..

It should be there cuz I see it & Im on 1.14

Accept the invite from your mate and play it. After that it should appear in the recent missions list.

You are not alone. I'm in level 289 and I can't see it on my list of missions. My brother can because he is level 98

Once I played it from an invite it was actually in my mission list
