Use camera to look at your fixed character.
Edit: Someone says that Rockstar hotfixed it so you shouldn't need to do this method. Your character should already be fixed.

If ur talking about the shemale thing it dont have to do anything cause rockstar hot fixed it ,it might been coincidence u just doing that and seeing ur char fixed thinking that u fixed it by doing dat xD
