My Theory is we can bypass this error by None Steam stand alone version
I can not try it because of Space Issues

Ill test this, My bet is it will let you make a new account but it wont have GTA 5 on it like you may hope.

no i think it will work because you have to make the new account on the game thats how i did it

I wasnt able to test it, I spammed login on the site untill it blocked me, opened the client and it went straight in game.

Ill try it again after i done some online games

Edit: Tested it, you can make an account and launch the game but it asks you for a code ingame.

if on steam try family sharing i doubt it will work with each rsc requiring own key to play online like i said weeks ago
thats just how it works game for indows games used to be same
