I want to mod weapons and the handling but I could need some help.
My problem is I don't know what all the code lines mean.
I know what I have to change to edit the weight of a car but I don't know how to adjust the handling and stuff properly.

Can someone maybe tell me which line means what?

How am I able to change the projectile a weapon shoots?

I'll attach the two files you need to mod the handling and the weapons
