The 1.27 update only exists on PC. You're either asking for a PC 1.27 bypass which I have no clue about or a PS3 1.24 bypass which there are heaps, just look around on the modding sub-forum.

If by 'script bypass' you mean to allow for online use, then there is a method, for PC version 1.27. It's a two-byte hex mod to scripthook (download the current release and patch it is quick and painless using a hex-editor). But if you scout round, you can download the modified scripthook packaged with a mod. But quite frankly, it's quicker to patch the two-bytes unless you're lazy as sin.

That said, the other 'half' of what's often wanted, the 'garage bypass' patch (to allow non-glitched storage of blacklisted vehicles and modding/insurable in LSC) which can normally be performed by NULLING out the blacklisted vehicles hashes in the appropriate .csc/.xsc's in the console versions, i've had no luck with in efforts to 'NULL' them in the PC version's equiv files (and i'd assuming that by logical progression, the XBOne version will use the same format/extension for those same files as the PC version, probably likewise for the ORBIS/PS3 version - assuming you can get to the files on the NG consoles). Now it may be the format is different in the PC version, or how the hashes are stored differs, or maybe i just messed up in my methods - probably i just messed up my attempts.
