Would it be possible for Rockstar to add a option where you can actually hire Merryweather personnel to do the heists with you? I just think it would be a cool idea. I know it may not make sense seeing how everyone originally gets a cut but why not make it so when you choose to hire Merryweather to perform the heists you can give them as much as you want like you would with a human player. However, The less you give them the worse they will perform. Making your job much harder. What do you all think of the idea? Should I forward the idea to Rockstar?

Don't forward it to Rockstar Games. Terrible idea in my opinion, no offense. Merryweather security guards are gonna keep dying since they're just bots, they always have a routine unlike real players where they can switch routines to do whatever they like. Plus you'll be earning less for no reason, why would you give $10,000+ to bots?

that's th sense of heists , playing with other 3 players , bots would be too noobs you would have to restart heist a lot

Personally I'd rather try and fail a heist single-handed if it were possible, than rely on/trust other players or Merryweather 'bots'.
Hell, if you're suggesting the use of in game bots/PEDs to help with the lack of reliable players, then the Lost psychos would be a better choice - at least you know from the outset where the loyalty lies and they will stab you in the back.

I don' t think you read my full post carefully. The reason why you would give them a set amount of money is to determine how well they perform. Surely you cannot do some heists by yourself its not possible so they would have to implement some type of system like the one I mentioned. I'm just sick and tired of people rage quitting/ quitting during heists.

I've played through most of the heists and with exception to one I think if they were played out differently you could do them alone , I agree on the whole concept of not having others with you .
With the trustable gta servers and having to depend on people's Walmart internet heists can be a pain
