Yeah, there's a method. But it's going to take some time for you to find them. Also bear in mind that if their privacy settings are set it wont work. But any way. You go to your crew member profile and click on their game, it sohlud then show their PSN. Other than that though, I don't see much you could do...

What i always do is keep nice to th one you wanna kick, i ask them if they wanna be friends on social club, 9 outta 10 will give you there socialclub name and voila, bye bye
