It will not work. You will need to make a new account on the PS3 or PC and have it modded if you want. Then, you can Character Transfer to the Xbox One.

If you've logged into it on XB1, it won't work.

Let me give you some easy thumb rules:
1. If it has been transferred, It cant be transferred again
2. If it has NOT been transferred, despite you playing on next gen first, It can be transferred from any of the last gen consoles
