I modded a account for my friend and transferred it to ps4 it all worked fine apart from one issue where he drives a car into LSC and does one modification and then kicks him out, and then when he tries to drive back in it says this vehicle cannot be modified any help would be much appreciated

Sounds like when you modded his car it caused a glitch. Not sure on how to fix it, but i wouldn't do that again

Hopefully it's not like attached to his account entirely, well that glitch I mean. I've seen some where people can't upgrade cars they buy yet they can upgrade cars off the street. Is this for garage vehicles, or any vehicle in general?

So if he buys a car, he can only modify it once before it claims that it's been modified by another user? Or is it vehicles you've already put in there?
