You cant get any money from other players untill there is a bypass for the mod menus. You can only get money if you have a CFW just look up for a money tool.

Oh okay thanks 4 your reply... sorry i am new to this so im kinda lost lol.. i dont have a CFW just a basic ps3 is there any tools i can still download? I also wanna test out some other mods it doesnt have to only be money so if you can still use other mods on a basic ps3 i learn that also..

You need a CFW for all mods, there are no mods for OFW!
