Since I haven't seen this advertised, you can just bypass to 1.09 (I think that's the one) and do the URL glitch to buy. Not sure if you can do that without the Game Impose test thing though.

I'd do it myself, but as stated, I don't have a jailbroken PS3 therefore can't mod or such... If I could find somebody to do what you said, I'd pay for that as having the cargobob would be great
