What section should I post it in then? Questions? I wouldn't think so. I posted this in requests because by looking in the requests, all people seem to talk about is paying for recoveries etc.

Also, Why is it a necessary reason to have Elite? That seems a little unnecessary if you ask me. Don't you agree?
