Any way my request is:
im looking for a camera placed just outside the wind-shield so i can see more of the bonnet of the cars.'

Any one willing to show me which files i should modify or create a view mod WILL be great

You have the custom_cam script menu right? If so experiment with that.

Well it depends what you're after in mods buddy. There are some big mod packs available to download, I am almost sure one will have custom_camera.csc inside, you use that and can experiment with whatever camera angles you want

From your replay its camera.csc is a script! looking for the specific file thats responsible for the camera offsets...
