Judging from your question and the way it was put, I'm going to go on a limb and assume you're a very young girl playing an adults game. Now, the request you just put, has existed for months and months, so that also tells me that you have no idea as to what it is you're asking for, nor do you know the consequences it could bring on you doing this.
1. You'll get a lot of hate here in the comment section from certain people
2. You'll have tons of people report you in GTA Online after people figuring out it's you, and trust me, they'll figure it out
3. It will heighten your ban level, as someone will start recording all of this by sitting in their garage
It's up to you, though. Have fun, and don't ruin lobbies. If someone is blowing up lobbies, and you want to "get them back", just figur eout who's doing it and record them, but don't start doing it to the lobby.
