Don't know much about the sctv script, but...
The decompiler you have is the same as the public one that doesn't help anyone who doesn't know assembly (most people including me). As for the compiler part no matter how much you kiss Zorg's ass he isn't gonna give it out (but that's not to say that once the pc version drops, another person might release not one)
If you want to make your own menu, your best bet at the moment would be to learn what it takes to make a sprx menu as all the tools and knowledge you will need are miraculously public

You can find sctv.csc in the script.rpf like all scripts.
No public compiler atm.I heard hearyminefart is selling his compiler 250$ and you can only compile on page at a time.

Ok thanks, but do you know how to run the script? I tried running it trough the MP Emaill APP script and using the mod manager but I didn't work. I want the SCTV script to run in dev mode so I can have freecam mode.

Haha if you want the dev options back sorry but im not gonna help with this
