There is a glitch of my own thy i know to get the duffle bag after Feleeca job HIESTS

1. Goto clothes store and buy Red coveralls sleeves
2. Goto ammunation and buy the Israel parachute and then equip it
3. Goto the barber and get a haircut
4. After you finished getting the haircut, you leave and you'll have the bag, now goto the clothes store and save the outfit. :p
