$25 is way too much for a GTA v recovery on ps3. Also from a seller/ business owner, a modder should take the PSN information. Mod the account and change the password. The buyer must have a second/ backup account so they can go online to meet up with there original account that is now modded. Once they see its modded they now should pay in return for there password or new password. (Its best to accept mostly paypal and not prepaid. You will get screwed over a lot)


Now for the buyer you should never accept a recovery from anyone that isnt "well known". So i suggest only buying from members with over 1000RP and/ or is a elite member with NGU. The only exception is if a NGU staff member themselves suggest a certain NGU user.
