(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok so basically i learned that the PS4 automatically asks you if you would like to transfer your characters from PS3 to PS4, so basically say the person that i modded the account for, has already transferred their GTA character, (NOTE: they only transferred that one character and still have a slot available for a new character) and i create a new character on PS3 and mod that, is there a way they could transfer that? since it was never transferred in the first place? if so how?

You only can transfer once, I'm sure it doesn't matter if you create a new character. You would need to create a new Playstation Network account.
