There is no mods for PS4,you can only mod on ps3 or xbox 360 and then transfer your account to ps4/xbox one

Like the user above said, there is no way someone can drop you money on PS4. I would recommend to pay someone to mod an account on PS3 so you can transfer it over to PS4.
