I have been looking for something like this. I want to create map mods and load them when I enter games. Instead of having to build things with objects everytime I build, But I want to save some things.

So, A epic object spawner menu with alot of objects to spawn
Abilities to be able to save what you spawned and be able to spawn them again since there saved.

And could they be saved in groups, Like ok say for example I customize the airport with objects. I can save what i spawned to something like airport_derby if i made a airport derby.

I would like to express ideas but right now, I just wanna keep it short. Its plain and simple. I hope there could be mods from gta iv to come to gta v for more fun

for ps3 there s nothing): i did the same quest a week ago... but in free mode i use big blocks to do ramps,wallrides,loops... is really funny! and do ramps with cargoplanes the people freak outs

Working on a tool at the moment mate, really basic and easy to use but allows you to save the objects (and positions) which you have spawned and then in the next game you can load them all. It isn't a menu but it's an RTE. If I get around the finishing it off, I'll be sure to send you it.

I think there are other tools which have similar options and the ability to save object positions as well.

Yea, I really do appreciate it. I've just miss the fun from gta iv. Let me know with updates and betas. I'd love to test it out for you.
