if u were on ps3, i could help you get one, ur best bet is just to keep cruising the church/graveyard until you find one assuming you dont know anyone that has the hearse , good luck man

Yeah, I'm on ps3 or I'd help you, but I got mine just by doing what dvang82 suggested. I did this without another player who had a hearse. I'm not sure if the frequency with which it spawns has changed, but if you drive by over and over, late at night, that's how you get it. When I got mine, it didn't require me to be in a hearse, but again, I'm not sure if that's usual, or relevant. Good luck fam!
