If you want to make a mod menu then you will need to either have knowledge of C# or C++. If you don't have any knowledge of this then I would suggest creating an RTM/RPC tool since this will be easier... If you do have programming knowledge of C# or C++ and you want to create a modmenu... you can use a menu base... I've linked the tutorials below...
