No, it's not that people don't care and wouldn't do it for you... you're requesting for free stuff. So, the people which are doing the mods can take as long as they wish... you could buy a service and get far more than you require. There is likely to be a modder in every session which you join.... if you don't find one you could look in the "Free Services" section. If you still don't manage to find someone I'll find someone for you.
