Bought a PS4 and now I can't transfer any of my stuff twice. I worked really hard for all I had, and now I'm back at the beginning.

You can't mod on a PS4 account, since there is NO released mods for it.

Only other option is to make a new PSN account and have it modded on ps3, then transfer.

Since you already transferred your account to PS4, you will need to create a new PSN account and not sign into it on PS4. Give it to a modder (you may have to pay) and they will do the mods necessary on a jailbroken PS3 after which you can transfer to PS4 and sign in.

Yes, if they're trustworthy of course, plenty of them in the modding services section.

They'll mod it on PS3. But if it's new, you'll probably need to wait 30 days to transfer (thank cockstar for that)

It needs to be jailbroken. Go over to the GTA 5 Services section and look at some of the top people and their customer feedback. Make sure it's someone trusted. You will need to pay a small amount of money but it'll get done within 24 hours and then you can transfer it over to PS4 to play on.

Important thing is, you'll need to wait 30 days before it can be transferred. Just keep an eye on your PSN created date on the Sony Entertainment Network site if you forget what day you made your account...on the 31st day you should be able to transfer.
