i doubt this because Transferes from PS3 to PS4 where recently stopped, meaning that all PS4 modded accounts will be worth alot more money.

Money drops aren't possible (yet) - only way to get cash/rank on PS4 now would be to either grind your heart out, or to buy a premodded/pretransferred account.
