You guys will get banned depending on how you keep your money. If you are keeping your money and not telling anyone about it and not have a level over 300+, who is there to report you? But if you are level 400 and have 200 million bragging about it to everyone, you will get banned sooner or later. You can spend how much you wanna spend, but just be careful whom you are saying it to. Because you can get blackmailed by someone to give them money or else they will report you, so yeah. I am level 450, with 2b for 2 years now, and haven't been banned yet.

Yeah I'm level 134 which is legit and not been ranked up at all and have all my money as cash none in the bank, had more before but spent it on vehicles etc. I have had this amount for around 3 months and been good.
