Written Tutorial:

1) Boomark the race called Give Cars Under The Map then save it as a
playlist then start up the playlist and confirm all the setting and
launch it

2) When you spawn pull up your phone and quit the race and once you have
quit and are in a session press start go to online then go to job,play
jobs, rockstar created, versus and go to the versus mission called truck
off

3) Start the mission and where it says clothing put it on class however if
you want to get the trash man outfit change it to themed then invite a
friend and start it up

4) Get the truck and put it in the river so it comes up looser then when
it finishes with the payout and stuff tell your friend to press like and
continue make sure you dont press anything

5) tell your friend to press replay then tell your friend to tell you when
the timer that is counting down goes on 0 because what your going to
want to do is when go to your recent activites and click on the playlist
you just done and once it goes on 0 press join playlist

6) You should spawn into the clouds then once you spawn a notifaction
should come up click no and you will have the police man outfit
