I used to have HughesNet and they absolutely sucked! I quickly moved to Verizon and now I can fap () all I want.

yes fap policy, is a policy that when a reach the limit of mbs the internet go very slow

So not what I think it is.

Here is the easiest bypass ever: get a new ISP!
1) Hughsnet is for people that live in the middle of nowhere that can't even get DSL.
2) If that is you, you're prolly better of getting Verizon...
3) Make sure you check dsl is not available in your area at all though. It's cheaper than Hughsnet usually
