I have an online streaming channel for my gameplays at justin.tv, but i want to increase my bandwidth speed as it is blurry and runs choppy?

Anyone know how i increase this speed?

try mozila firfox
open it and type in the browser
about:config
hit the button i'll be ok I promise
then type in the search bar pipe
4 lines will appear make them all true and the second one make it 150
