I'm uploading DNS settings for the Charles Debugging Proxy Program which will allow you to access these sites if the act is passed.

Please Note VPN likely won't be enough to bypass the censorship if this passes due to the fact that it would use your Default DNS server provided by your ISP or whatever DNS server you use.
