You don't need private browsing to hide porn though. Anyone who takes two seconds to configure their browser to automatically deleted browser history/cookies when it's closed is sorted.

There is still History > Recently closed tabs.
You might be able to clear those too, but I don't close my browser because I like my tabs open.
I find that keeping the history there is actually helpful because when I close something on accident I can fetch it there since I have history disabled.

I think that's all anyone uses it for though but I can see buying gifts being a reason too.
Other than that, I can't really think of anything.

Even Recently Closed Tabs clears itself. My browser history deletes itself every time I close it, but not cookies as I prefer not to signing into every website I visit every time I come online.
