But today i was messing around with tags and stuff and found out if you put the word "reactions" in your tag list, youtube imports a poll-type thingy on your video. It records the reactions when people put their comment, Ex. write your comment here | Reactions (dropdown bar)

the list of reactions are LOL, WOW, EPIC, CUTE, HUH?, and FAIL
