Sup Guys Here is a tutorial how to send/receive paypal money without it needing verified

1st. Go to PayPal.com

2nd. click Sign Up, first what you do is Click the country you want to use, Click Canada at the beginning

3rd. click Personal account.


4th. Fill in your email as you would use, choose your password, your first name/middle name/ last name, and date of birth. All of that information is UP-TO-YOU.

5th. Then as the address line, you do what I say, everyone start by putting random 3 digits, I will use 547. Then use your CITY as London, Province- Ontario and postal code as N4S 7v6

6th. Then just click sign up, it will then ask if you want to link a credit card or bank, just ignore, and click Go to account, and you will be set, it will not say you are verfied, but you really are, and can recieve, and send money forever. Thank me if this was useful,

And you can still send money as "USD"
