Well, there is one person who is watching you for the things that you do. We are all in a serious and legal trouble because of this, you might lose your house, or even go to prison, or up to $50,000. There is no way back if you've used the internet after 2005 and signed up for any website. Therefore he wrote a letter for all of us.

Usually someone reads them. That program wouldnt be popular if it had outrageous terms and conditions.

There would be ways to bypass this too if you were signing up and it said, "Your give all ownership of your property to me".

That would easily be beaten in court because by just checking a box online doesn't transfer your property you still would have to go through a process and the different people to verify it is you and that you are competent enough to do it must be there.

People have tried with these sorts of things but you would just beat it down.
