(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've noticed that on alot of channels i go to there is "username" then a <3 for a comment by the same youtube channel. is it a bot?

I've seen people doing that too, it gets really annoying, and a great example of someone who uses the channel comment bot a lot is xPrimer13.
