In a nut shell, No you don't need to.

so spaces will separate my tags so they are separate tags right? so says my 2 tags for my video are easter bunny, if say someone types in easter since i have a space between easter and bunny my video will pop up because they searched one of my tags right? or are you just saying quotation marks do nothing so even with a space between my 2 tags if i have easter bunny and someone types bunny my video will not pop up because they did not type the full tag easter bunny?

Your 2 tags are Easter bunny right.

If someone types in "Easter" It'll show videos for everything with Easter. (in no order) ie Bunny easter.
If someone types in "Easter bunny" It'll only come up everything (in that order). ie Easter bunny.

Get it? So something's you need tags for, Playstation 3 you wouldn't, but Easter holiday you would need to put " " around the word(s)
