Ever want a pay-pal, but couldn't make one cause you didn't have a bank account or credit card? Or tried to make one, but it went limited? I made a video on how to create a pay-pal, and be able to send/receive money without your account going limited. This was founded by ME.

This was certainly not found by you. Lol, everyone that doesn't have a bank account of credit card uses a Canadian PayPal account. I have two.
