I originally found a list off websites with around 100. I then found a proxy-fetcher which would grab proxies and list them into a .txt file. Due to so many .txt files being created from this, I had to copy and paste each of the contents of the .txt files, into one major one.. This has taken me about a month or so to do, hence why some may be outdated.

Yes, but because a lot of bots use proxies, they need a .txt file, so it's easier to put them into a .txt file and run the bot off them. It's the reason why I have 120k proxies - because I often run a lot of bots..
