(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys, well i've got an issue. I just recently upgraded to a Linksys EA3500 Wireless router. I upgraded because my older Netgear wireless router just wasn't doing the job and performing to my needs. In my house we have our Main PC which hosts out Modem and Wireless Router, My mothers Laptop, brothers Laptop, my Playstation 3 ( PSN- BBPC_Rockstar if intrested) , my iPhone, and my mothers Android. Keep in mind all 6 of these devices are all almost from 7 A.M until 12 P.M constantly almost all using the internet all at the same time. Now on speedtest.net App on my iPhone, the highest Download speed on average i get is around 1.2Mbps. And uploads at Average of about 4.0Mbps. Now that doesnt make any sense.

I don't understand how with a Linksys EA3500 router i get such a low download speed, even late at night where only my iPhone is using the internet, i only can get a max speed of about 2.0 Mbps. Is there a way that i can get these speed to the advertised average of 20.0 Mbps Download speeds that i've been seeing.

Also I would want to know: -Is there anything i can do to change the maximum download speed thoughput.
-Specific settings i can change on any of my Routers, PC's, Laptops, and/or Smartphones to allow a faster internet speed throughput

-Specific settings i can change on my PC router to increase download speed

-And maybe a reason as to why my Upload speed is always faster than my download speed.
