And I kinda want to have a good grade, so I thought i could make a website similar to this one, as I saw there are some websites which are pretty similar to NGU. Anyone knows how to make a website similar to this one? Thanks!

Vbulliten isn't free nor cheap. There are alot of Web Hosts out there you can use for free, though they will not compare to NGU. Aswell as a domain name isn't free. Their like $10. Vbulliten Starting prices is around $250.

For school ? You shouldn't choose a paid solution then.
You have some free services to You must login or register to view this content., you can find them on Google.
They're only available on different softwares than vBulletin.

Examples : Forumotion.com, freeforums.org, nabble.com...

Why not first make a free website here You must login or register to view this content. then install PHPBB (also free) on it and your good to go.. I can't see why this wouldn't work but please correct me if I'm wrong somebody
