I don't know what that is so if anyone knows and would help me that'd be great, I'll give +rep.

Also, I sent it from my other paypal to my new one I got. The new paypal account got limited.

I sent as a gift so I can't dispute it. :p

Good luck getting it out of being limited. If it helps, if they request personal information, Social/ID send it. It's how I got one of my other accounts unlocked. Took 72 hours.

It's basically the same thing as a wired transaction. You would need to contact your bank for info on how to change the limit.
