Enter the captcha and click the button "Submit Query"

You should get an email with the code within 30 seconds and you can redeem it, or click the button to redeem it. Then just follow the instructions to enter a card.

Once you're done you will have $500 in credits for you to use on whatever you want. The $500 expires on October 31st though, so you might not be able to use it all up in that time.
