go to documents

click on it and click RUN

yellow lock should appear

now go on the blocked site

TO CLOSE

right click on the yellow lock

click exit then CLOSE IE and exit

You will find alot of free proxy apps but not all of them will fit your needs, i was using OpenVPN but it a bit slow sometimes so i got IPVanish monthly subscription, and it's fast enough for me.
